Wiingy's main goal is to deliver a personalized one-on-one tutoring experience. Educating their users on how they can get a perfect match tutor. I led the end-to-end design direction of the web experience for the home page to the error pages (in total, 22) and played a pivotal role in defining the update process.
The website's launch was met with an outstanding conversion rate from the new users, along with 6X successfully scheduling.

The challenge is to design a user-friendly and trustworthy end-to-end update experience for tutoring service to USA students from grade 1 to Working adults, accommodating international students' diverse needs, scheduling complexities, and cultural differences while delivering on the promise of a "perfect match guarantee."

Building the trust through consistency and brand values
Established the consistent design throughout the website
Incorporating the imagery related to the user intent and content
Layouting the pages with intentional user flow and SEO
Educate, and empower users to explore the product
Tool tips are used in various places to educate the user of its components.
Content is aligned in various places to make user understand our expertise and quality.
Testimonials and ratings were most integral part of the website.
Briding the gap between offline and online world
To sell Indian tutors to USA audience, it is done by keeping the needs and values weighted by the users in mind.
As website does not have a single entry point, every product page is treated as a landing page.
Various Nudges are provided throughout the page and dashboard to take a further action.
Modernize the UX from a heuristic perspective
Clearer system status is addressed anytime a change is made to a CTA or option by hover or animation.
Navigation was revamped from ground up with breadcrumbs.
